Mind Telegraph: A Treatise

The Mind Telegraph is an odd booklet, one part philosophical and one part decently long purported autobiographical work, it describes the use of mental willpower for various purposes, communication at distance, and so forth, before delving into a series of situations involving the same. The author is an enigma about whom nothing significant is known and the purported original German edition this work was translated from may not even actually exist.
