This book is also the outcome of personal research on the metrics of Shakespeare's sonnets and various sound and tone studies in languages other than English to attain an imperfect yet magic rhythm in free verse and a decent level of rhyme where desirable. A small portion of this book was written in the desert in April 2016. All other poems were written in large cities, in cafes, while commuting by train, or in a public library, and poems were always inspired by real life and romance. At least two poems were written while travelling overseas a few years ago.
