Weathercock: Or The Difference Between Faith And Sight (1830)

The Weathercock: Or The Difference Between Faith And Sight is a book written by Cesar Malan in 1830. The book explores the theme of faith versus sight and the importance of trusting in God's plan even when things may not seem clear or make sense. The title of the book is derived from the metaphor of a weathercock, which is a device used to show the direction of the wind. The book argues that faith is like a weathercock, pointing towards God, while sight can be misleading and unreliable. Malan draws on biblical stories and teachings to support his arguments and encourages readers to embrace faith as a guiding principle in their lives. The Weathercock is a thought-provoking and insightful book that challenges readers to consider the role of faith in their own lives. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
