Mystery of Being or Oriental Teachings vs. Occidental Theories

The Mystery of Being or Oriental Teachings vs. Occidental Theories is a philosophical book written by Heeralal Dhole. The book explores the differences between Eastern and Western approaches to understanding the nature of existence and consciousness. Dhole draws on a variety of sources, including Hindu and Buddhist philosophy, to argue that the Eastern perspective offers a more comprehensive and holistic view of reality than the reductionist and materialist theories of the West. The book delves into topics such as the nature of the self, the relationship between mind and matter, and the role of consciousness in shaping our experience of the world. Through clear and accessible language, Dhole presents a compelling case for the importance of integrating Eastern and Western perspectives in order to gain a deeper understanding of the mystery of being.1907.
