Leveraging a Strategic Intelligence Mobile Missile Enterprise for Theater Missile Defense Warfighter

Why should the Intelligence Community concern itself now with mobile missiles? Quite simply, despite a myriad of efforts across sixteen agency Intelligence Community, no near term mobile missile acquisition-fielding solutions are on the horizon for Theater Missile Defense Warfighters. This problem compels the Intelligence Community needs to build on warfighter exercise and combat support initiatives, and immediately form a new Intelligence Community organization focused on the mobile missile threat. The Strategic Intelligence Mobile Missile Enterprise is a team that forms, if needed, to support a Joint Task Force Commander during a crisis. It improves analytic support and provides Theater Missile Defense Warfighters a decision-making advantage by gaining and providing enhanced regional mobile missile situational awareness.
