In the book, So, I've Had Sex. Now What? "A Journey of Enlightenment" 2nd Edition, by Dr. Retha Stewart, PhD. The book/journal was inspired when Dr. Stewart was teaching the reproductive system (A & P) in Texas, and the need was reinforced with her visit to a home for pregnant teens and teen mothers in Nevada. This book/journal is written to assist any young girl growing into womanhood. Answering some questions too embarrassed to ask while creating a space for deep thought and reflection, assisting the young person in figuring out "who, what and why" they may act and react in life to certain situations. The discovery within is personal. The book can be used by an individual, as a group project and discussion, or as a counseling tool to increase a person's mental development.
