Play to Win

PLAY TO WIN-sequel to PLAYING FOR KEEPS. The story of Nicole Whitney and Johnny Dark Horse continues. Nicole Whitney wasn't quite prepared for what lie in store for her on a reservation just outside Phoenix when she applied for a position at the medical clinic there.

With the help of the darkly handsome Native American undercover cop, Johnny Dark Horse, Nicole survives the harsh reality of third world conditions, even an attempt on her life to live a veritable dream come true.

Nicole and Johnny escape to the breathtaking beauty of the Northern Maine Coast, renovate an abandoned old Victorian home and begin a family of their own.

Though the trials have not ended for the two as brutal vengeance beckons them back to Arizona to avenge the slaying of Johnny's last remaining relative-a payback for his having exposed a notorious Colombian drug lord during a case for Phoenix's elite Fifth Precinct.

Kidnapped by the Devil's Advocates, a treacherous motorcycle gang, Nicole is devastatingly parted from Johnny until long after the birth of their first child which Johnny unknowingly misses.

Once again reunited, the two put back the pieces of their shattered lives to live a life that Nicole had only fantasized.

Become as powerlessly swept away as she in this suspenseful new sequel. PLAY TO WIN.
