Football For Boys

Football must be played for the fun of the game. Knowing the fundamentals is the first step to becoming an All-American All-Star! Says Coach Kuharich: "Football must be played for the fun of the game!" I am often asked, "What kind of a boy do you want for your football team? What kind of a boy do you want to work with? What kind of a boy will you give your time to in helping him to enjoy and get more out of the game of football, and thus more out of his life?" Well, I will tell you exactly. I want the boy who is happy every time he gets outdoors with a football in his hands. I want the boy who is excited and thrilled every time he gets to "suit up" for a game. I want the boy who can come out of a "pile up" laughing, who wants to play whether the sun is shining, the mud is a foot deep, or the north wind is stinging his face with sleet! I want the boy who always puts his team and his teammates ahead of himself! This is the book of Football For Boys.
