Balloon Fairy

A tradition began, as traditions often do, with family. Far off, in County Clare Ireland, my great-great-great Grandmother spoke of a magical time, far away, and long ago. She told a great story that descended down from generation to generation. The tale of the Balloon Fairy. "Who is the Balloon Fairy?" you might ask, "And what does she do?"
