Eft (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for Children

The book developed as a result of my experience of working in schools. I saw children struggle on a daily basis under the weight of emotional problems and did not have an adequate tool with which to help them. EFT for Children addresses many of the most common problems and is conveniently arranged in chapter headings so that an issue can easily be identified. It can be applied easily and effectively with very little training and lends itself to much further development.
