Loonies

Loonies - an thriller/action/romance about a man, Cooper Ashley, who gives up on his Hollywood dreams and returns to his hometown. He buys the bottom floor of an office building and opens a bar. What he doesn't realize is that the four floor above him make up a lunatic asylum. David Warburton, a local real-estate tycoon wants to buy the building. Cooper won't sell. When Warburton decides to get tough, he turns into a horrific monster. Literally.
