Dexter Barren Newshawk

I tell the story in the first person of Dexter Barren an international correspondent who marries a girl of mixed race. Has a son, a journalist and a daughter, an actress. After spending three years in the RAF, is kidnapped in Columbia, kills a man in Africa, is a witness to carnage in India and other hair-raising adventures encountered. Targeted by numerous women for sexual gratification, he is tempted and his lack of self-control is exposed. Takes on a two mistress's of which one becomes a family friend and he marries her after being informed that his wife died in an accident at sea There is a twist in this tale that can only be appreciated by reading this novel from start to finish.
