Black & White Animals Color the World

Get ready to embark on an around-the-world expedition to meet the world's exotic, fascinating black & white animals! Your guide will be Liza Janie, an inquisitive black & white Shih Tzu puppy who travels around the world to meet other exotic black & white animals in different places. Follow her as she embarks on a journey to Missouri, Vermont, Canada, Atlantic Ocean, Africa, China, Australia, South Pole, South America, and Mexico. Discover an assortment of fascinating animals out there! Wonderfully educational, Black & White Animals Color the World can spark your child's interest in geography and science by finding the location of each animal on the globe as Liza Janie visits one friend and then another. Encourage your child to find out more about their favorite animal. While younger children can use their math skills to count the animals, older children can add up their points from the guessing game portion of the book by using the answer sheet at the back of the book. To encourage your child's development of creative writing, have them write a story about what Liza Janie and her animal friends saw during her visit. Provide them with a blank notebook and help them illustrate their own Liza Janie adventure.
