Paul Blaine, field agent for COVERT, an historically ignored U.S. government enforcement agency, gets his chance to prove his own abilities and raise the credibility of his department when the proto-type of a new missile is stolen by both a common criminal and international terrorists. Blaine finds himself in a race with the CIA, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security to recover the missile and get all the credit. From Washington, DC to the Northwest Territories of Canada to Miami, Florida, Blaine and his partner Danny Willoughby stumble from one humorous misadventure to another involving foreign agents, con-men, overly-enthusiastic security personnel and even some penguins while trying to save the world from imminent mass destruction!
