Known to his friends in the yachting world as Malcy, he has been training newbies to work as interior crew for over five years. Classically trained as a chef by French, Italian and Swiss master chefs, Malcy shares his galley secrets with UKSA Marine Hospitality students in the kitchens of The Isle of Wight College.
