This book is aimed at all of those people who go to work everyday, put on a happy face, and deal with the public in the name of good business. It contains situations that I have encountered over the past forty six years. It also contains my opinions and insights that helped me avoid being arrested for murder over the past four decades. It's both a humorous and a serious look at the world of dealing with the public.
