This is the second book of 'Dinner Parties' in a Series of Three, each one at a different level which started with the absolute beginner. All three have been designed to take people step by step from the point where they would like to entertain friends and family at home but who don't cook because they think they can't or don't know where to start and to guide them through from very simple to simply fun. Having worked through the first in the series you will now be comfortable with the basics and confident enough to move to the next level.
