Follow along as a curious little five year old learns the true value of his very special family. My name is Erma Banks. I was born and raised in Waukegan Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. I relocated to Demopolis, Alabama, and began my teaching career 13 years ago.I received both my Masters and Bachalors degrees in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama, and have been gainfully employed as a 3rd grade teacher in the Demopolis City School system for the past 13 years. My inspiration for this book came through my actual teaching experiences.Each year that I have taught, I have had the experience of meeting children who felt they were different or did not fit in because of various family situations. This book will capture the hearts of its readers as they discover the true meaning of family.
