Life in the Day of a Lady Salesman

As one of the first women sales reps in southern Appalachia, customers often call Diana the "lady salesman." She overcomes hurdles and hills while learning to love the mountains of Appalachia. Humor rides along as she treks back roads, selling products from tobacco to toys, from groceries to grease, and from cookies to chemicals. Managers, customers, and sales trainees enter into this tale along with the agony of small business ownership.
