The year 2008 arrived as the Lofton sisters finally enjoyed a few years of drama free living, until Lieutenant Terrance Wilson entered Tina Lofton's life. His sudden investigation into her treatment of former patients who have turned up dead has turned her life upside down. Dealing with personal issues that her sisters' are not aware of, Tina now has to deal with the Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper prodding into her past and present, leading her on the verge of an emotional rollercoaster ride.
