Old and the Useless

Have you ever wanted something so badly that you vowed to do whatever it took to get it? Maybe you've been in a situation and your back was against the wall, but you didn't know what to do or where to turn. You may have secrets you wanted to share but were afraid of the reactions of others? Well, so have some of the members serving on View the City Chapel Mother's Board. Mother Hattie Mae Tucker continues to chase something that eludes her. Mother Myrtle Bryant has a secret that she's been keeping from everyone near and dear to her. Mother Agnes Baggs has a live-in situation that's a thorn in her side and her best friend, Mother Esmeralda Perkins has shady dealings. Mother Kat'tavia Kougar is open-minded and uninhibited. Mother Gertrude Johnson has a mysterious past which keeps everyone guessing as to who she really is, where she's from and why she's the way she is. Finally, Mother Lula Belle Jankens is the glue, the voice of reason trying to hold this group together. A songwriter wrote the lyrics, "...with thanksgiving I'll be a living sanctuary for you", but with so many issues will they overcome? Or will they succumb to the test and trials that lie before them.
