This book, designed specifically to empower all of us to speak positive declarations over acts of bullying we may encounter in life, holds to the meaning of the word *affirmation*: a positive statement or declaration. It affirms the power of the spoken word. It declares that when the word is spoken it affirms what is. Life is filled with many problems. They will not go away by themselves. But I want to encourage you; that you have the ability, the strength, the wisdom and the power to pull from within you, to overcome whatever life will bring your way. The affirmations contained in this book are positive statements. Each statement affirms the reality of their existence to be a part of our lives. This book is meant to empower all of us to speak positive declarations over acts of bullying we may in encounter in life. This power comes as a result of believing in a power which is greater than us.
