Laren's Journey

It has been twelve years since the end of a bitter civil war, but just because the war is long over doesn't mean that remnants of Ban Bein's regime are not an ever present danger to the Alliance and it's Fleet. Laren Door is a normal twelve year old girl until her family's shuttle is attacked. Laren awakens traumatized and pinned by debris, and soon finds she is alone. Against the odds, Laren survives, alone on the derelict shuttle, only to be rescued by the Sol Systems Alliance's lone carrier class ship 'Phoenix'. This marks the beginning of the adventure that is to become Laren's new life. As soon as she sets foot on the flight deck of 'Phoenix, ' she enters a world of adventure that she has only dreamed about until now! Laren encounters many new faces along her journey, some become very important to Laren, and she becomes important to them, but others become mortal enemies.
