Desert of Addictions...

Written to inspire the families, and individuals, victimized and scarred by the disease of addictions, who are tired of giving up their choice to change. A journal for the first 30 days of an individual's journey through the aftermath of their addictive behaviors. This is not a cure or a recipe for recovery, the book is simply designed to implant a seed of hope. The idea that we don't have to settle for the mess that we have manufactured is where change begins. This book is meant to aid the few brave men and women who choose to move past their problems towards a life with purpose. I believe that our pain, humiliation and failures can be recycled and used for a greater good that can heal the individuals and families that make this nation. Regardless of whether you are struggling with drugs, alcohol, food, sex, codependency, anger, depression or anxiety our disease is not meant to be part of our destiny. My hope and desire is for the imperfect words I've written to stir up the dreams we have long forgotten. I want each of the 30 articles in this documentary to be drops of water as you journey through the desert of addictions...
