Science of Gymnastics: Volume 3: Data & Graphs for Science Lab

This book contains graphs showing data from a selection of basic gymnastics moves, including floor, vault, high bar, parallel bars, rings, and pommel horse, using training-style equipment. Samples include handstand, salto, V-sit to L-sit, pommel circles, pommel swings, and more. Graphs trace the head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hip, knees, ankles, and/or feet as they move. Some graphs contain a combination of moves for comparison and contrast, while other graphs track one part alone, for easy viewing of the mathematical function. These data can be used for lesson plans by teachers and parents.
