Prototype Commercial Buildings for Energy and Sustainability Assessment: Whole Building Energy Simul

This report was conducted by the Applied Economics Office in the Engineering Laboratory (EL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The report is designed to document the assumptions used in creating the whole building energy simulations used for new commercial building prototypes. The intended audience is the building research community, particularly those concerned with energy efficiency in commercial building designs.
