Wing-It Wing Tsun is a short, concise, practical guide for everyday women who would like to learn very simple but effective techniques in defending themselves. The moves in the book are based on a martial arts called Wing Tsun, known for its efficiency in movements. Thus, there are no fancy high kicks, only practical moves (usually only 1 or 2 steps) that most women would be able to do.
