Sweets and Treats is the 4th book in The Peter Carrot Tale series. It is October and all the Carrot children are thinking about Halloween and choosing what animal they will be. Peter is too young so his mother chooses for him but does not tell his siblings, except one hint, he is his favorite animal. The others try and guess, but they are all wrong. Peter ends up being his Teddy-bear.
