Devil Take Tomorrow

In a war fought in the shadows, the most dangerous weapon is the truth.

1777: The American War for Independence is being fought in the shadows of occupied Philadelphia. While the Continental Army starves at Valley Forge, a deadlier threat has been dispatched within their own ranks.

Lieutenant Colonel Ethan Montgomery is a hard-bitten soldier of the Revolution, but to the British occupiers of Philadelphia, he is Ethan Matlock-a steadfast Loyalist with the martial skills to match his silver tongue. His orders from George Washington are absolute: Infiltrate the British high command and unmask the conspirators plotting to destroy the cause from within.

The conspirators' weapon is Captain Parker, a ruthless British officer who has vanished into the American ranks under a false name. His mission: Capture or kill General Washington.

In the face of temptation, Ethan finds a reason to survive in the compelling Maddie Graves, whose fierce patriotism and courage awaken his hardened heart. Now, as the "Matlock" lie grows deeper, Ethan must protect his cover, the woman he adores, and his Commander in Chief from an assassin who wears a rebel uniform.

From the thunder of naval broadsides on the Delaware to a desperate showdown on a windswept meadow, The Devil Take Tomorrow is a gripping tale of espionage, honor, and the thin line between duty and deception.
