Journey through the Mountains

From finishing my graduate degree, over to Kenya, and back. The author has struggled with mental ill health for many years now. In and out of hospital. I also challenged the internet to a fight..Jojo's story is both deep and wide. He doesn't always do what he is told, but his results are epic, whatever the outcome.

From the ongoing battles with martial arts and mental health, as well as the stressors of living with my better half. The journey is a real one. Can also be seen as therapy for others who question their mental health.

This is my fourth book.
