Save the Silver Bullet: The small steps to SUCCESSFUL TRANSFORMATION

We are all of us affected by change, whether it's in our workplace or in our home. Our response to this has a material impact on whether it succeeds or fails. At a fundamentally pragmatic level, Save the Silver Bullet illustrates the extraordinary capacity we have to adapt and respond to change. That response is neither linear and nor easy to navigate. It does not follow a clearly defined strategic path. It is highly intuitive and reflective of our lives at a deeply personal level.

Save the Silver Bullet is a book of transformation stories... extraordinary stories of success and failure in delivering complex transformation and highly disruptive change. Most importantly the stories are told by those who are at the core of the implementation effort, in all their messy, illogical and thoroughly 'human' detail.

'Save the Silver Bullet' sets out the conditions under which transformation can be successful and those where it will not be. The corporate environments in which we work have a huge role to play in determining this and describing these conditions is a good place to start as we try to improve overall success rates.
