In Our Own Backyard: Our Journey Through the Layers of the Earth

The Fox Creek Third Grade Class embarked on a discovery of how our earth is formed as part of their Spring Learning Expedition. We journeyed from fossils, to oil, to soils and finally to the rock cycle. Each page of this book is self-selected, illustrated and written by a different "crew mate". We have grown in our understanding and appreciation for the planet on which we live.
