Emily Jean and Fred: One generation of Monarch butterflies

Emily Jean is a little girl with a big curiosity and a love of all living things. While watching the progress of the life cycle of a Monarch butterfly, she adopts one of the caterpillars and is saddened by the fact that 'Fred' has to change in order to grow.
