Basic Laser Technology: Basic Laser Optics Course Notes, Workbook and Self-Test

This notes, workbook and self-test booklet is intended for Level I Laser Technicians. In a manufacturing environment they generally perform final tests on lasers and laser systems to ensure that they comply with customer specifications. In order to be fully effective in their job functions they must understand laser and optics principles, laser beam performance specifications, and also good laser lab and manufacturing practices. This self-test booklet focuses on basic laser optics i.e. optics relevant to understand how lasers work and associated tests.
