Under Ironclad is a tale much like our own. Compared to series such as The Coin And Dagger and A Song Of Ice And Fire, it follows the story of a man with a job he hates and a wife he'd wished he loved. Ethan is everything we don't expect from a protagonist, from his beloved drink to his drug habits. He seems like but a pawn in the ever flowing chess game that is being waged by the political elite of Mundas. Dark times are loomed over the heads of everything and everyone as a child is brought upon the soil. Watched over by a White Mount Monk known simply as Irvine. Eveyln chews on what's suspected to be dark magicks. Finding herself disgusted with the tastes of its blood. Her tongue stained she runs to Irvine for comfort. But he too has problems much akin to the black. War is at the tip of every tongue as tension builds between varying countries. The cold war seems to be heating up across the planet as the Crimson Knights rise to power, vying for land from their previous excursions. Time will only tell what part these pawns will play.
