Picturesque Taos

Taos, New Mexico is one of the oldest settlements in what is now the United States. Taos Pueblo natives claim that their settlement dates back 1,000 years. Visitors to Taos today will find Taos Pueblo still standing, and the unique mountain town which developed around it dates to about 1760 a.d.
