Please Forgive Me

Laurel Becker is on the verge of losing the two most important things in her life--her current lover, Elaine Alexander, and the Lavender Page bookstore.

For her part, Elaine is growing increasingly frustrated by Laurel's long hours at the bookstore. And the fact that Laurel won't let her help out financially only adds to the mounting tension between them.

As communication between the couple dwindles, Laurel jumps to the conclusion that Elaine is having an affair with another woman, which only leads to one more misunderstanding after another.

Believing she has lost Elaine for good, Laurel closes the store and drives to the coast to start her new life.

Will Elaine and Laurel manage to work through their misunderstandings and find their way back to each other?
