Impatient for Eternity: Adam Clarke and The Life of the World to Come

Adam Clarke was one of the most influential Methodists of the generation after Wesley. This book provides Clarke's keen Scriptural insight on eternity. Here we learn not only about the life to come but how eternity is experienced in this present life, a concept central to John Wesley's own theology. We also benefit from Van Dussen's own analysis and at times critique.
