Animals are featured in many popular children's stories, and India's religious and secular literature abounds in tales featuring Indian jungle species. Author Bio: Author Neville Kirkwood has lived on the edge of two India Forest Reserves. He has had personal contact with each of the animals introduced in these stories, and has observed many of their delightful traits, along with their very feral ones.
