Little Healer

The Little Healer is a guide for kids to discover the power of sound and vibration to help themselves-and others-feel better. Based on the ancient wisdom of Classical Oriental Medicine (COM), this book introduces healing sounds that can calm strong feelings and restore balance in the body.

In COM, it's believed that dis-ease begins with stuck energy. When energy stays stagnant for too long, it becomes heavy and can eventually show up as physical symptoms. This path often starts with something as simple as questions about our purpose and connection, then moves into emotions, then negative thoughts and beliefs, and finally, the body.

By practicing healing sounds, we can break up that stuck energy early-before it turns into something bigger. The Little Healer empowers kids to notice their emotions, use them as a signal, and respond with a sound that brings relief. It's a playful, heart-centered way for children to care for their energy and even share that care with others.
