Sanctuary of the Heart: Inspiring stories of hope over hardship

Sanctuary of the Heart is the very real stories of women who grew up in dysfunctional homes and the inner voices that caused their inevitable downfall into drugs, human trafficking and homelessness. Not for the faint of heart, inspiration is prevalent throughout, as ordinary people intervene in their lives to bring them to safety.

The Teen Project's Vera's Sanctuary dedicated to victims of human trafficking and trauma. In the United States 50% of foster children are homeless on their 18th birthday and 60% of human trafficking victims have been in the foster care system. We aim to change that.
