Home health care or infusion nurses who travel from home to home have to keep much closer tabs on their hours and reimbursable expenses than bedside nurses who clock in and out of facilities. This log book contains enough entries for a year of home health nursing. There are twelve daily entries for each pay period followed by a payday tracker before the sequence of twelve logs and a payday tracker. Each payday tracker includes a daily summary of the hours worked, hourly rate, multiplication to account for the taxable rate to calculate the gross pay for the day, total mileage reimbursement, and room for notes.
