3-D TIC TAC TOEPencil & Paper Games for Down Time on the Trail

Activity book for hikers, backpackers and outdoorsy explorers

Sometimes, ya just gotta stop and ignore the scenery. Grab a pencil and a fellow hiker (preferably one you know) & use this book as an excuse to rest for just a little while longer.

Any one of the six paper & pencil games in this series will keep you entertained when the trudge becomes a drudge. Titles in the series include:

• 3-D Tic Tac Toe. Like regular tic tac toe, only several layers deep.
• Hexagon Game. Based on 'Game of Sim.' It is a short game, having a maximum of 15 moves and the game can never end in a tie.
• Four in a Row. Like a popular game by a big manufacturer, but on paper. Play with gravity or without.
• Dots & Boxes. (S)he who completes the most boxes wins!
• You're Toast. Sort of like hangman, but you're building a campfire and if you can't guess the word or phrase, you're toast!
• M.A.S.H. A fun fortune-telling game you can customize to suit your own curiosity or interests.
• Trail mix. A deluxe-length edition with a sampling of all 6 games.

Plus a trip log in the back of every book to copy and leave with someone every time you go out ... just in case you get too wrapped up in the games and forget to come back.
