Danny Dunn: Into the Volcano

When a middle-school science rivalry leads a boy to tamper with his mentor's experimental microwave projector, an accidental discovery launches an adventure far beyond anything he imagined. The device produces a seemingly indestructible force field bubble-and soon, that invention is the only thing standing between a small group of young scientists and the molten heart of an active Costa Rican volcano.
