Driven to capture the fragile natural landscape of California as it is now - Rich Magram changed his career to become a painter. When he moved to California, Magram was overwhelmed by the environment he saw around him. Everywhere he looked in nature - from the chaparral covered hills to the cliff edges of the sea to blossoming fields of flowers in Spring, he was stirred by loveliness.
