Loose Ends

There are three things in the galaxy Jet cannot stand:

But when he and his patrol partner, Blade, wake up from an investigation gone wrong, Jet finds himself in a synthetic body, on the wrong side of local law, and hurtling toward becoming a full-fledged member of the frogman revolution.
