This is an abridged version of the original early stage go-to-market handbook, Founding Sales. Since publication, Founding Sales has sold tens of thousands of copies. That said, the original weighs in at 400 plus pages - which is quite exhaustive! This version still shares Pete Kazanjy's journey and learnings for founders becoming salespeople, but in a much more condensed, summarized, version of the original. It's still specifically for B2B direct sales models, particularly in B2B SaaS startups bringing new offerings to market.
It's great bought together with the original, as a refresher for those who have already read the original, or as an intro before getting the "big kid" version of Founding Sales.
