Cathy the Catcher's New Vision: Accountability

Cathy the Catcher is trying her best, but she keeps missing the ball. When Coach Threads asks her about it, she doesn't admit she's struggling. Instead, she vows to try harder. But then everything starts to fall apart-her schoolwork is suffering, she has a headache, and practices aren't going well.

In book three of this fun series from Peter Mulry, one of the winningest coaches in the country, Cathy the Catcher realizes that admitting she needs a little help-and a new view-helps her and her team. She overcomes her embarrassment about her new glasses, and learns the importance of being accountable. The Threads & Friends series teaches young readers vital life lessons that are just as important off the field as they are at home plate.
