Tequila Sunrise is the fourth novel in the Southern Surveillance Series turned Coastal Crime Thriller. There will be five books in the series with the final due out early 2027.

Rachel is a nurse looking to further her career path and become a helicopter nurse to rescue stranded persons on the ocean or nearby. She meets a helicopter pilot named Rocco who runs a rescue business from the local airport. He hires her to help run his business. He also flies through the eye of hurricanes and takes her up in his plane. The two become coworkers and fall in love. While their destiny seems certain will fate intervene to disrupt this pair of lifesavers?
