Volume 1 contains four tales of swords & sorcery, doom and horror:

The Crow Feeder

Tal Cádu is not a hero; he is a killer, a kin slayer,

the bane of the living. He is the Crow Feeder, and he wants

nothing more than to kill the twisted entity that dwells within

him and demands slaughter. But all endings come at a cost.

A Plague God Laughs

In a desperate attempt to save a community, an

offering is made to a long-forgotten demigod. But

perhaps some things are better left sleeping; perhaps

there are worse things than the plague.

Night's Red Mantle

When a motley band is recruited to aid a village

under attack, they discover that the enemy is not

what it seems, and that one of their number has an

agenda that could cost them all their lives.

The Stone Beneath

A mercenary, a massacre, and a haunted manor.

Pieter Hertgers survives the destruction of his

regiment in the forests of the Spanish Netherlands,

only to become the weapon of an ancient spirit that

dwells beneath a terrifying house.

For fans of Robert E. Howard, Karl Edward Wagner and Lovecraftian horror.
